    Default New member can't post

    Hi,

I have been searching for a solution or appropriate place to ask this.

I have had a chat to Mac67 who joined 3 months ago. We used his log on on my computer, and he has the same problem on his. He managed to post in the marketplace but can't post anywhere else. He can't even post comments. Under his account those buttons simply don't appear.

I can only imagine there is something wrong with his account ?

    Help ?

Mac67 status is "Awaiting Email Confirmation"
He has not replied to an email sent to his email address.

Thank you, he said it's fixed now.

I had thought he might have missed the email confirmation but he said he could post in the marketplace so I wondered if there was something else.

I wasn't sure how to report this to the admins directly so thought a post here was the best course.

Anyway thank you for sorting it.
