    OMG YES!

    While not exactly 'Customer Service' my favorite answer was, "Second paragraph, page 61 of manual ORUGA."

    In Los Angeles, I once got a call from Germany on a Friday evening at about 5PM our time and that was the answer. (He going to call Hawaii next.)

    Holy poop! I just realized that was about 40 years ago.
