Default Possible to upload short videos?

Is it possible to upload short videos, or have I been lead astray? I have a 21 mb file avi file that was requested in relation to a jig I made.

I did a search in FAQ, but didn't find anything. I did a general search of "upload video" but only threads about downloading.

I can upload it to Dropbox, but the last time I did that they canned it because of too much traffic (it wasn't that interesting, but I don't know what constitutes "too much").
    Regards, FenceFurniture

Load them to Youtube and then link to them from there.

Unless you know what you are doing in terms of digital video you can end up generating huge files that that take ages to download.
