    Default Another great day on Dangar

    Hi from Dangar Island.
    I have been woodworking on the side and sometimes professionally since I could smell my fathers hand planing and play with the shavings, involved in all sorts over many years- luthier, carpenter, house and jetty construction, furniture, boatbuilding (currently sailing a 30' Atkins double ender 1932), allsorts. Back in the corporate world for a while now.
    Great to have this forum!

    G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Gerard".
    There are quite a few members on the Central Coast with a stack of members across the Sydney area plus the rest of the country.....
    You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
    Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
