Default SWMBO's impressions of my hobby!!!

The only really good place to buy timber is at a store where the timber has
already been cut and attached together in the form of furniture, finished,
    and put inside boxes.

The following phrases are proffered by SWMBO on a regular basis and it sums up her attitude.

What's all the wood on the driveway for again.
How about getting rid of some of that wood down the side of the house.
Where's my coffee table you promised me in 2010?
That's your 3rd trip to Bunnings today
Where are my picture frames you promised me in 2007?
When are the machines on the back veranda being moved?
Can you fix this (insert item name here) up on the wall up at the stables
Have you got anymore sawdust for the horses

... and added to the list could be:
Could you shake yourself down before bringing all of those shavings into the house?

My wife started the same tactics a few years ago, told her to start doing something herself.

Now I cannot use the lathe, bandsaw or any wood carving tools... she has hogged the lot
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

    My impression of SWMBO's hobby

Get up after breakfast in bed, kit up and drive 40 minutes to stables
    Kit up Horses
Get on horse and Go round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round a paddock
Stand around and chat for what ever.

Stand around and chat for what ever.
Get on horse and Go round and round and round and round and round although this time there may be a jump or 2
    Burn a $100 note
    Unkit and wash horses
    Drive 40 minutes home
Take a glass and a bottle of red to bathroom and take a long bath
Come into kitchen saying, "that smells god, what's for tea?"

A boat is a hole in the water that you throw money into. You can achieve all the fun of sailing by standing under a cold shower throwing away $100 notes.

The word "BOAT" is actually an acronym -

    Break Out Another Thousand
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

Especially if SWMBO's current hobby is Cruising then Bleed is the appropriate term to use,I am getting used to her hobby though!
