Bitumous Paint
Gday All,
Has anyone used or had experience with bitumous paint?
We are having a new patio installed and i am toying with the idea of painting the gutters with bitumous paint or an Ormanoid type product.
The patio will be installed with box gutters and the rest of the house has ordinary zincalume gutters.
Living near the coast and with the thickness of any metal roofing product fast gaining the thickness of tissue paper, my way of thinking is that it may help delay the onset of corrosion.
I have no plans for a rainwater tank in the future so it doesnt really matter if the product is safe in that regard.
Any thoughts, opinions or suggestions of like products greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Put in stainless steel box gutters and forget the painting.
