Compression or tension for door brace
Hi all,
I'm currently making some cabinet doors (590x700) from kwila running horizontally. I'm planning on putting a brace across the back to keep them square and prevent sag.
My question is, should I use a kwila timber brace in compression, or an angle piece of aluminium in tension to brace the door?
