Sending Private Messages

For the last two days I have been trying to send a private message to another forum member but every time I type it and then submit it; it never get's saved or sent. It doesn't seem to matter how I go about sending it.

Thank you Aussie Roy , what ever the problem was it seems to be resolved and the private message section is now working.
