Planning on putting a 8m x 8m games /bar room on the back of the house with windows 2.4 x 1.2 in each wall

Question 1. Obviously I can't get timbers 8 m long for the top and bottom wall plates so I'm looking for suggestions and if I'm lucky a mud map of how to set it out and construct at ground level , I need to know where to join the plates. If the plate join can be over the window and the one piece header 180x45 fitted when both wall sections lifted and joined together then there's a good chance I'm on the right track .

The roof load is prefab truss and iron cladding . When fitting bracing is the metal right angle checked into the wall studs OK for the purpose or should I use 50x25 batten material

Question 2 . How long can sheet flooring be exposed to the weather before I put the roof cladding on . This is a weekend project when weekends allow .
