Tree branch + free time + trinket box
Groovers, hacked a limb off a fallen tree in the paddock. Ripped it, dressed it, joined it, finished it. You know the drill. Brush box tree. Hard as steel. Rebate joins were cut by hand using shooting board, LN 140. Fished with 3 coats of shellac and wax. Your opinions please. Damien.new 011.JPGnew 010.JPGnew 012.JPG

I forgot to add, the groove for the base was cut by hand with a Stanley 45. Had frank Zappa on the stereo and a quiet swoosh of a plane. Magic times!
