Princess Pier demolition timber - How to get it?
Hi everyone,
There seems to be a whole load of (big) timber available from the Princess Pier demolition in Melbourne. I was wondering if anyone knew much about this.. and how to go about getting hold of any direct from the pier? Any contacts? I know that Australian Timber Recycled Certified New Ironbark Blackbutt California Decking Posts Timber are on-selling this stuff, too!
Thanks a lot!
Steven.

Hi,
You could try ringing Delta Recovery and ask them if they are the people handling the demolition or if not, who is?
Regards,

Hi there,
Thanks for the lead!
Spoke to Jason there... he wasn't sure who the demolition company was (it wasn't them - they didn't get the gig).. but he thought that the only two places selling that timber were Eco Timber Group in Richmond and Timbersearch in Woodend.

Fitzgerald Constructions Australia hold the government contract for the revamp. Try them.
