Northern Pike (Esox lucius) in northern Canada seem to have quite a taste for young/wild ducklings.
I've seen dozens disappear in big splashes. To catch the really big fish, floating model baby duck lures
work very well. Gives new meaning to fly fishing.
What do you need catfish for?

Then if you wanted to catch the cat fish your lure does not have to cast very far.
