Allan at Wallan
Every morning I walk past 'Alan at Wallan's house' and every morning I see Alan at Wallan's wife in the front garden beating him over the head with a French Loaf. This has been going on for months until this morning I see Alan at Wallan's wife beating him over the head with a large èclair! Later in the day, as I'm walking down the street, I bumped into Allan at Wallan's wife. I asked her, "every day I walk past your house and I notice you're beating Alan over the head with a French Loaf. Only, today, I could have sworn you were hitting him with a big cake!". Alan's wife paused. "Oh, I was. Today is his birthday!"
Thanks for today Alan, it with a pleasure to be in your companyLast edited by Groggy; 3rd October 2012 at 04:37 PM. Reason: correct the name

Allan is one of life's gentlemen - people who were at my mate's 50th birthday party are still talking about the stunning gift he gave them
the gift was a beautiful handcrafted pen by Allan at Wallan
