I'm new to any renovating or building.

Looking for ideas for a home office out in the garden, preferably something small, not needing council approval etc.
There are some building restrictions on our land, but could easily position it in spot that had little (if any) impact on neighbours.

Our site doesn't allow large trucks (steep, steep driveway) and access not great, so something like "the Office" which is hoisted in not possible.

Ideas much appreciated.
Am I dreaming to think insulating and "tarting up" a shed is an alternative?
