    Question Loose floor tiles

I have a problem with some of my kitchen floor tiles. They are becoming loose. The tiles lift off the cement type adhesive leaving the back of the tile clean and undamaged.
My question........is there a liquid adhesive/glue that I could use to stick the tiles back without any extra buildup of adhesive under the tiles.
The alternative is to rip up the lot, then remove all adhesive and relay. A big job that I am not wanting to do at this time.

    Thanks

    Macca

    Default

Hi Macca, assuming the tiles are ceramic or earthenware type, I would use "bond crete: diluted 2 to 1 with water. Allow to become sticky then place tiles down. Available most hardwares. Guaranteed to stick without build up. I use it always and find it excellent. If there is any slight fill required, use it neat.

    regards, Lionel.
