hi everyone

im currently putting the finishing touches on a studio at my place. as a first time diy'er alot of the construction was umm.. un-authordox to put it lightly.

currently i am trying to work out how a pine external rounded corner is supposed to be attached when there will be skirting along the base of the wall.

whats the standard for doing this, do i work out the curve of the "nose" of the skirting and then scribe the bottom of the external corner so it fits over the skirting or do i run the corner all the way to the floor and cut the skirting to finish flush with the edge of the rounded corner ? or simply just fix the skirting then cut the corner to finish flush with the top of the skirting ? (when i say "corner" is mean the pine external rounded corner).

many thanks in advance
