On my plans the draftsmen has stated f8hw for roofing battens @600 c
on 190 v 45 mgp12 rafters @ 900 to max spans of 5000

When I ring a timber yard they cant supply the f8 hw or tell me it expensive and hard to get

Could anyone give me any other type of timber (or steel) material I could use for the roof ?
