im wanting to make a rattlesnake picture frame.can anyone tell me what will seal the clearest? polyurethane,or what type of sealer along those lines

White Shellac U-Beaut Polishes - WHITE SHELLAC Should be plenty of it over there.
Will enhance the colours and patterns and won't darken it any more than wetting down with water. Having said this I would be trying it in a scrap piece or in an inconspicuous spot the same as I would with any finish you decide to put on it.
