Urgent advice needed!!!

Hi, my mother is one of the good ones whos always trying to do her best even with a #### son like me and a grumpy dick of a husband. As some of you MAY have heard, christmas is coming up soon and last yeah my sister tried to get her old family rocking horse restored but couldnt find anyone to help. This yeah its gotta be done because my mother has gone through to much and needs this.
The rocking horse means alot to her being an heirloom from her side of the family, something from her childhood. Im not sure of any of the details about it, all i know is that it is severly worn in places (even an ear missing form memory) and i would LOVE to know if someone knows someone very skilled in restoring horses. Price is an issue but things can always be arranged for something like this. Family first as always.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

BTW i am aware of the kits you can buy but im no way near skilled enough to take on something so valuable to her. Pictures can be supplied if someone cappable and willing is sourced. Cheers
