    G'day
    My name is Dale,I live in beautiful Far East Gippsland,Victoria,I work in the vanishing timber industry and I am renovating my home,going to do polished floor boards,out of old Vic ash,with lot's of fiddleback through some of the boards,hopefully it will look great when done.
    I joined so I could get help and information on making a dinning table from scratch,or make one out of a old table base and legs,I have the timber already for the table top,it is called Birdseye,it has little swirls in the wood,I have 5 pieces of it at 245x35mm KD.
    So I am hoping some of the people on this forum will guide me(first time in making a project like this)on how to achieve the best results.
