    Default Wagon trail!!!

OK, Giddddddaaaayyyyy! I'm Robbie Warden and Yep I'm from Australia, Mornington on the Mornington Peninsula south east of Melbourne in Victoria. I love interesting old things that have a past, a soul, character. I sail on antique and classic timber yachts, to think that the timber came either from New Zealands Kauri forests or Huon pine from somewhere in Tasmania, Was felled, and transported by horse teams to a mill, transported by a ship to Australia, more antique transport to a wharehouse, then sold on to a boatbuilder who may have operated from even just a beach in one of our bays as with Coutaboats. Then each piece shaped into a beautiful shape of baot or yacht. Then all the history of that vessel through the years. Then discovered in some backwater somewhere by an enthusiast. Then a whole new life begins again....It's all so interesting. A timber boat has had many lives involved before its even launched! A fibreglass vessel has a limited life line to share.
I recently bought the old horse drawn dray thats my avatar photo and plan to rebuild it this summer and eventually donate it to a local historic site at "Coolart" where I noticed in old display photos a 'dead ringer' dray.
So that's a lil' bit about me, if anyone has any experience/s similar I'd love any advice or tips that may help with the project.

Think you'll find that he meant his Profile Pic as he didn't have an Avatar pic loaded.

Have now loaded his Profile pic to his Avatar as well
