"I'm not a pedant or a nitpicker" is a comment. Unless anything happened to you after your comment was made affecting your ability to comment again then you can still comment, even in your belief that you say your not a pedant or a nitpicker, words are cheap and the proof's in the pudding

I thought a pedant was a male school teacher. So I can't see the relevance to 'nitpickers'.
