WOODWORKING QUIZ for 10 Aug 04
Good Evening Friends,
Now that you have learned to read the wood and found the best method to assemble the table top.
How are you going to place match marks so after you install biscuits, splines, and glue to realign the boards as you assemble them in your clamps?

A large triangle drawn in chalk across the top of the table is all you need.

WOODWORKING QUIZ ANSWER for 10 AUG 04
Good Evening Friends,
The chalk method is fine if this is the method you care to use and a pencil match mark is hard to sand out. What I care to do is place masking tape where I intend to install the biscuits and place my mark on it as well as number the sequences such as (1-1, 2-2, 3-3, etc.). Then you don't have to worry about sanding out the pencil marks.
Thank you for your support.
