Safety switch at the metrebox, do they need annually testing.
Parents have had safety switches fitted to the meter box for approx 10 years now and
every 12 months the same electrical company comes out and tests the switches at a cost.
I had safety switches fitted to my home years ago and no one tests these.
So question is should we be getting them tested or are my parents being taken for a ride.
Appreciate some advice.
