Hi everyone,
Im just about to move into a new house that I am going to renovate...
The house is four bedroom with one bathroom and a second toilet. My dilemma is that the house would flow so much better if I make the existing bathroom an ensuite, and put a main bathroom where the kitchen currently is and move the kitchen to where the second toilet and laundry currently are. Or do I just leave them as is and stay with one bathroom?
Im not sure whether the value of doing this weighs up with the costs. Im assuming that with the plumbing already existing for the swap the costs wont be astronomical.
What are your thoughts people, how much does a second bathroom and ensuite add to the value of a house compared to one bathroom?
