She is wanting to instal a shower in 900 wide space on concrete slab adjacent to an external (but not in "public view") blockwall.

Is it better to:
A. track down a shower base with sides high enough for trap/pipe to run above slab and out via hole in blockwall, or;
B. chase trap/pipe into slab (including under blockwall...)?
and in either case,
does trap have to be directly under shower outlet or can it be further along pipe?
