    Sorry Bitslong, but you can't use html code. It's turned off, because if it's used in conjunction with BB code it can cause a whole heap of problems.

    Unfortunately we just can't trust people not to do the wrong thing.

    Yeah spot on.
    No probs, I figured since there wasn't the Use HTML Code button/toggle that it wouldn't work.

    Stuffed up my code too! (no second row)

    What about you do the table in Google Docs, make it public for this forum and post a link here.

    A good idea - I tested the code above while I was posting a reply which i wanted a table - when it didn't work I just took a screenshot, cropped it and uploaded it as an attachment - didn't need anyone to modify it otherwise the GDocs would be a better option.
