We talk a lot in this Forum about the pros and cons of various Decking Finishes(Oils vs Stains,Water Based vs Oil Based etc),prior to these products being used by home owners.
I would be interested to here from home owners about the long term real world performance of products exposed to tough
conditions,Westerly unshaded elevations etc..Did the finish last 3-6 months,1yr,3yrs,did it require much work to re-coat etc.
