    Default Previous/next

Am I able to change a setting so I'm able to select a previous or next button to shuffle through pictures instead of from the thread window to the pic's window and back again to select another pic, if you know what I mean.

ps I used to be able to do the pic shuffle thing once and something changed with the WWForum's setup, I just went along with it but it's starting to bug me, not a big bug and I could live with it but you know. The settings are in an obscure place somewhere, aren't they?

I thought it was something to do with the way the forum was set up. I liked the previous forward thing too. But I know nothing.

Previous / Next thing was with the light box (little box in the middle of the black screen). Nice, but for most users, slow as a wet week. You can look at half a dozen full size pics now, in the time it took to load the lightbox in the old setup.

This is so much faster than the light box and pics can be vied full size with 2 clicks instead of having to leave the light box as in the past to see a full view which most people didn't even know about. Yes it takes a couple more clicks but it's still much, much faster by a long shot.

I believe there may be some fixes to the pic thing in the upcoming new version of vBulletin which we will put on as soon as we're sure it's stable and all the bugs are ironed out. Could be a good few months yet.

I don't remember the lightbox pic thingy being slow, maybe a bit, but if removing it has kept the peace overall then well and good. It's only come to the fore now the lidded box challenge is throwing up pics left right and centre

Are pic albums underutilised as a interface concept or is pic storing and displaying just as cumbersome?

Geez TL even I new that can't you see the cursor changing for all the blonde locks' 'cept I don't think all pics can go twice size, some can, some can't
