New mobile phone
Hi all,
Because I'll need to update my 3G mobile phone to 4G by June next year, I lashed out and bought a Telstra Lite 3 phone. I've run into a barrier, it doesn't come with an owners manual in the box and I can't find it on line. Is anyone able to help me here and guide me to a manual?
Thanks in advance,
Geoff.

That manual has a photo. If the photo is like the one you just bought then it's very similar to mine. I bought mine from Telstra too. I found the buttons a bit small which means I have to use a fingernail to dial. You get used to doing that. After a couple of years, I found the buttons were beginning to fall off. I've lost three of them, but now that I have expertise in using my fingernails I can still use it okay. It's a good size and will fit in almost any pocket. Including jeans fob pocket. Unlike those smartphones most people have nowadays.

Thanks Wrongwayfirst and Errol,
I already found the link to Lite 2 and had a bit of an explore and suspect it's not totally relevant to mine. The Lite 3 doesn't have the green and red coloured keys, otherwise it looks pretty similar.
I thought Telstra may have a manual to down load but confusion reigned when I asked them.
I've had my old phone for 10 years and it does all I need it to do, as you said, ring & text.
I'll keep hoping.
Cheers,
Geoff.

Do you specifically need the manual or is it a general question of how do I do “this” on my phone?

I'd prefer to have the manual, rather than be constantly asking questions. The manual you linked yesterday appears to start out ok but then looses relevance as you progress with a task.
I should add, with a bushfire on our doorstep yesterday, I haven't spent a lot of time toying with it.
Cheers,
Geoff.

I've found the manual, after numerous phone and computer conversations.
Cheers,
Geoff.
