Chinese city bans bald and shaggy cabbies


Cabbies with shaved heads, or those with long hair and moustaches, will be banned in China's eastern city of Nanjing, as will generally messy or rude cab drivers, media reports say.

The new rules are aimed at presenting a positive image of the city ahead of China's largest sporting event, the National Games, which will be held there next month, sina.com website says, citing the Nanjing Morning Post.
