Must agree with ptc. We did all the maths and things and decided against NZ and went to Tazzy for 2 weeks and had the greatest time. Food is spot on and there is woodwork stuff around every corner. Stand in awe in the forests and you will know what they are talking about when those great timbers are mentioned.
