Default How to maintain finish on lacquered(?) Rosewood table - products?

I have this Chinese rosewood dining table with chairs. I believe it was made in the 70s. It appears to have some kind of lacquer or finish on it. I am a novice when it comes to finishing or maintaining wooden furniture. I have previously used Danish oil (on teak) but I gather that is not appropriate for Rosewood.

Could anyone recommend the appropriate products to maintain the finish on this? I have heard references to Howard's Orange Oil and Feed-n-Wax but I don't know if these are appropriate. Should Rosewood with this kind of finish be oiled or waxed? And what would some recommended products be? Thanks guys.

A wipe over with Polish Reviver - Wipe it on, wipe it off. Shouldn't need much more than that. Should help to protect the surface from marking from alcohol, water and heat, etc. Avoid waxes as they are all reasonably easy to damage.

Hope this is of some help. Don't use on the dresses.

Hope this is of some help to you.

    Cheers - Neil
