Problems Accessing Thread - "This web page has a redirect loop"
This morning I replied to the following thread "https://www.woodworkforums.com/186262-vbet_snta-vbet_nre-whats-origin-bench/".
According to the "My Activity" page, my response to that thread has has been posted (although as the first error occurred when I was submitting the post, I can't be sure that the post has been successful), but when I try to view that thread, or any new additions to that thread, I get the following Web Browser errors:
- In Chromium Browser - This web page has a redirect loop.
- In Firefox Browser - The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
- In Chrome Browser on Android - This web page has a redirect loop.
All browsers suggest clearing cookies for this site, and ensuring that cookies are enabled. I've done both actions in all browsers without any success. Further Google searches suggest that if clearing cookies etc doesn't solve the problem, then the problem probably lies with the Web Server and not the local computer. As this problem is occurring on three different browsers on two different computers, I think the server is worth a look.
Can you advise how we can get this fixed please.
Thanks,

Hi,
I am having the same problem with- What's the origin of the "bench hook"?
I was able to access the original post and the first answer but the 2nd and 3rd answers give the problem and all other posts I have tried are OK.
I am using Firefox 30.

Just an update on the problem with this thread ..... I'm still not able to view this thread. I'm now tried five different browsers (Chromium, Firefox, and Midori all on Linux - Dolphin, Chrome, and Android Browser on Android - and Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows 7. So, I'm definitely convinced that the problem is not with any of the computers that I've tried. I note that the original post seems to have been in French and has been auto translated. Does this have anything to do with the problem ? Regards, Roy
