T & G Flooring
I am in the process of laying our hardwood floor over yellow tongue particle board and I'm reading here on the forum problems with boards being too tight etc. I'm not clamping the boards before nailing, just tapping them in snug. Would that be ok, or should I leave a small gap line between the boards. I've never done this before so any advice would be gladly received.
Thanks, Ben

If the himudity is high pull them up tight.
If its dry leave them a little loose.
