    Default Gradient Background

    ref: https://www.woodworkforums.com/f8/tumble-rings-107863/

Here's a photographic experiment using a green-screen background (like on TV news and weather), combined with a software gradient background. My neighbor is a video producer. His Photoshop guru and I did this one and two more complicated others in about 2 hours. This one is the most successful, although we forgot to completely erase odd regions in the upper corners. Even the shadows came through.

Image transfer back to my camera card didn't work, and he didn't have a floppy drive, so he just sent the results to me by e-mail.

Probably old hat to some of you, but it seemed pretty cool to me.

    Cheers,
    Joe

Try using channels for a better selection process against the green background.
Have a look for the Photoshop Channels Book. Very handy guide for use of channels for perfect selections
