Plaster or window first?
Greetings all,
Hopefully this won't sound too foolish a question, but as part of our renovations I am doing our bedrooms completely, including new windows and plastering over the current vj sheeting. Now the questions is, do I have to install the window before I plaster the walls, or can I plaster the walls then install the window?
The reason is that the window will not be ready for about 4 - 5 weeks and I wanted to get stuck into the plastering in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for your advice,
Alex

If you are planning to have architraves around the windows then you can plaster first.

Thanks very much for the response Holzman, we are definately having architraves around the windows to hide my work
So I will do the plastering first then install the windows.
