mitsubishi heavy industries vs daikin ducted reverse cycle air con
New to the site and was hoping someone would be able to advise which is better, the daikin ducted or mitsubishi heavy industries reverse cycle refrigerated air con is best???
Our home is 24sq with 9 ft ceilings and have been advised on a 6hp system (16kw for heating and between 14- 15.5kw for cooling)
the models are Daikin FDYQ160V1 (rated capacity) 15.5kw cooling / 16.3 heating - Outdoor operating range-5 - 46 Cool / -15 - 15.5 degrees heating.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - model FDURVA602HEN 14.5kw cooling 16.5kw heating - outdoor operating range -15 - 43 degrees cooling / -10 - 20 degrees heating.
We plan on zoning all the bedrooms but also would like to know is it better to go with a system that has a larger capacity rating or look at the outdoor operating ranges??? The mitsubishi specs seem to be a lot better than the daikin - cheaper to run and a lot quiter but l keep hearing daikin is better regardless?? what do you think???and help will be greatly appreciated. cheers
