    Question Finishing a cutting board

    Hi all,

    I am just finishing a cutting board from some White Oak.
    Can anyone tell me the best finish for 'Food Grade' surfaces?

    It goes without saying - Do a search! There has been many discussions on this topic with some great input.

    Essestiallly the best finish is NO finish at all, but if you insist generally its accepted that mineral oil is fine.
