Rediculously Good Service from GPW
On Wednesday, whilst awaiting news on my missus and dog's respective surgeries, I wandered over to Gary Pye's site and ordered a jaw set and some other gear. Roughly lunchtime Wednesday 01/04/09. I rang home Thursday lunchtime to the news that there was a package for me. MBGitW thought I had ordered something for her, but upon inspection she found that it was from GPW and said to me that it's yours. To say that I was pleasently suprised was an understatement. 24hr turnaround from Brisbane to Wollongong, everything well packaged and in good working order is an exception to the rule. Thanks to Gary and staff for your quick service.

I'm compelled to chime in on this one as well. A few years back I bought an 18 inch Jet Bandsaw from Gary off the floor at his Melbourne T&WW show stand. Best price and spec (3HP, the others were only the 2HP model) in the show.
As I didn't have access to transport for the machine, he arranged for me to meet him at the end of the show, where him and his offsider followed me home in his truck and unloaded the crate right into my shed.
How good is that.
Justin.
