Roof Pitch Angle
Hi
I have a roof on my house.......and want to replicate its pitch on a new carport.........so I measured the three sides of the triangle that it makes and came up with this;
Attachment 74772
Can I then say that the roof pitch or "the pitch of the roof" is 22degrees?
cheers

Sorry - the file is in sketchup - it is something like this
Cutting the roof in half to make two 90deg triangles I have height as 695, width as 1725, hypotonuse (the long side) as 1860. My angles are 90, 68 at the top and 22 at the corner where the gutter would go....hope thats clear
