Damp Course Membrane Using Hebel Blocks
Hi All, I am building a 400mm step out of Hebel blocks would like to know if a "damp course membrane" is necessary for the first course of hebel blocks. The first course will be sitting on a concrete substrate. Any information is much appreciated. Thanks Macmen
