    Default What are you putting together Christmas Eve?

    G'Day All,

    With the jolly fatman on his way, wondering what my fellow woodies are up to tonight, present assembly wise?

    Under the cover of darkness I have to assemble and level a 10' trampoline.

    Default Greetings from the other jolly fatman...

    The prezzies have all been wrapped on a previous night so I have spent the evening putting a coat of polyurethane on a new work shed table. Darn MDF top soaking it up like a sponge but the pine trim looks pretty good .

    A bloody swing set nearlly sent me crazy Im already mad but it is all sorted now thank god to all the crew and members wishin you a great chrissy and new year!..... now where did i leave my beer!

    I can relate. Though I only had a slide to assemble
    I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

    Our Eve is always spent making Tomato & Onion sandwiches( with far too much salt & pepper) for our Traditional Lunch....just so that they'll be soggy by lunch time on Christmas Day.
    No kids........no turkey......no pork....tomsto & onion sangers.........YUMM

    Whacked up a swing for my little girl as I took my vitamins, then helped neighbour assemble table tennis table and moved the three bikes over to his place that he had been hiding in my shed.
    I make things, I just take a long time.
