A forum for indexing members' web publications
As I described in another thread - http://www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com...207#post390207 , it is now easy to publish documents on the Web, using Google Docs and Spreadsheets. However, a potential reader of the document has to know the URL where Google has stored the document. Hopefully we can have a dedicated forum where authors can list the title of their document and the URL(s) at which it is available.

Or you could put a link in your sig line, that way at least people wont have to hunt for them and they will know who writ it too.

Good idea Rocker. Why don't you start a thread, similar to what Gumby did with the videos. Stick it in the books videos plans folder. Add your links, request people put comments in this post, and voila, it is done as you suggested.

Tex,
I think it requires a moderated closed forum that only contains the index to the URLs, similar to the Best of the Best forum, so that users don't have to wade through oceans of dribble to get to the URLs.
I am suggesting this so that there is a central place where all authors' web publications can be found, not just mine; so putting the URLs in a signature would not do it.
