Tannum Sands
Hei Guys,
This is an area I am contemplating moving to, been told there is fume and odour issues from the smelter on Boyne Island.
Has any lived there able to provide some experience based information.
Cheers
Paul

Going for work or pleasure?
having been through the area - Rocky, Gladstone etc recently - can't say I noticed any smells etc but I am a smoker so that may not be valid.
Having a snoop in the Real Estate windows, as you do, I was surprised at the high prices. Speaking to a few "locals", they all comment on how things have risen since Gladstone experienced the gas boom and this has flowed on to the surrounding areas.
I appreciate that this is not a definitive answer for you but could be a start. I would certainly do my homework first.Regards,
Bob
