    Default Something different

I like a lot of the Budweiser ads for their humour and sometimes social comment. Try this, very different particularly if you like Clydesdales.

Nice horses - shame about the beer.

I got to see the BW clydesdales at the Calgary Stampede parade.

Plenty of other hosses there too.

Bit late commenting on this one. Musta been a bit busy that day.

Carlton should have got on the bandwagon there perhaps.

Where we used to live in NSW a neighbour had several Clydesdales he used for his stagecoaches. It was quite something to see the small herd of five galloping playfully about and yes they were noisy! In hilly country I heard them coming before I saw them. Very impressive. In fact with feet the size of theirs I think they might be a preferred beast for the police and they have beautiful natures (the Clydesdales .)

    Bob

With your background I think you'd know about such things. How big a log can a single Clydesdale pull, because I've got one (Clydesdale that is and many logs )? Never considered using him for that .

I think I read somewhere that bullocks were better than horses as they would keep trying to lug a log even when it was close to impossible, but the horses had more of a tendency to give up.

I think anything would give up today. It ain't half hot here.
