    As I understand it, from this year onwards most of the Bier halls will be using plastic glasses. The insurance aspect of broken glass has gotten out of hand in Munich during the Oktober Fest so plastic it is.

    The most I've ever seen on a regular basis was one barmaid who was really tiny but could easily carry 10 beers at a time, she was the favourite of the hall.
