grout and Tile cleaning
I once cleaned my floor tiles (terracotta) using just a high pressure cleaner and lots of towels and mops to clean the water. Messy but the result was awesome, tried scrubbing but this was the only way to clean. My understanding is the cleaning speacialists use similar process using a machine to contain the water, tried Coates but they don't have a machine for it. It costs $5/m to clean and about $10 for two coats of sealer. I am going to get the tiles cleaned this time and coat myself (appro 100m)
