    Default knifing filler

Many years ago when I was working as an occasional painter and decorator for a tradesman we used to use a product called knifing filler, unfortunately I cannot remember the brand. It came in a plastic tub and it was a great product and it gave a great finish, it was the consistency of cream cheese and oil/turps based. Does anybody know if this stuff is still available? Its also known as swedish putty I think. In the paint stores nobody seems to know it. Any help would be appreciated. Peter

I believe it's still available too.

It sure is still available. Bunnings have it and I would be surprised if there were any specialist paint stores that didn't stock it.
