Looks excellent Scotty.
I always find the problem with cooking Chinese is that the preparation takes sooooooooo long, and you have to go buy all those weird ingredients.
The pancakes sound a bit like Peking Duck.Bodgy

So did you give them attitude when you served it so that they had the authentic Chinese dining experience?

Jow104 my friend. Cooking Chinese is all about preparation. Wash the veg, boil the cashew nuts, deep fried the cashew nut, cut up the chicken (or cat), cook the rice, crack the eggs, cut up the celery, peel the carrot, cut up the carrot, boil the carrot, make the tea. 2 hours seems too short. The cooking takes only 15 to 20 minutes.
